Boris Eifman becomes the laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation for 2017

Boris Eifman becomes the laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation in the field of literature and art for 2017. This prestigious award has been given to Eifman for his contribution to the development of national and world choreographic art. The awards ceremony to take place in the Kremlin on June 12.

With our whole heart we congratulate Boris Eifman! We wish him good health and never-ending inner energy.

This is the second State Prize awarded to the choreographer. Eifman first received it in 1999 for the productions Tchaikovsky, Don Quixote, or Fantasies of a Madman, The Karamazovs, Red Giselle and My Jerusalem.
