Performances in Yekaterinburg

On March 17 and 18 Yekaterinburg meets Boris Eifman's Eugene Onegin.

Eifman Ballet performed in Yekaterinburg (former Sverdlovsk) for the first time in March 1978. Thirty nine years ago the young Boris Eifman's company was on tour in the capital of the Urals with 5 five one act ballets: Interrupted Song, Love Only, Temptation, Under Cover of Night and Two–Voice.

In 2017 when Eifman Ballet celebrates its 40th anniversary, the Company comes back to Yekaterinburg to present Eugene Onegin, one of the most successful ballets of Boris Eifman within the last years, again on the Youth Palace stage.
