“We only see the inspiring top of the creative iceberg. But what is beyond that? What path should you travel to achieve such result? This herculean task has one important dimension expressed by the significant word “rehearsal”. Repetition, improvement and repetition once again. And then improvement again of both author himself and his devoted Company. Sweat, emotions and unbelievable physical exertions to the people who perform miracles creating composed images and stories. I have been a happy witness of many rehearsals at the Eifman Ballet Company and I want to share with you everything I saw and felt during my visits. I want to lift the veil, to give you the role of empathizing participants of the process,” Igor Metelsky emphasizes.
The exhibition “Eifman Ballet. What the Audience Does Not See” will be open for general audience from July 22 to August 11. Working hours: every day, from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Free amission.
