Tickets are on sale now for the premiere of the ballet Crime and Punishment

Tickets for the world premiere of Boris Eifman’s ballet Crime and Punishment based on the novel by Fyodor Dostoevsky to the music by Gustav Mahler and Boris Tishchenko are already available for purchase!

The moment of opening sales was not chosen by chance: today the literary festival Dostoyevsky Day is being held in St. Petersburg. By the way, the date of this annual city event is connected with the action of the literary source of the ballet: the principal developments of the great novel set in July.

The premiere performances of Crime and Punishment will take place on September 17 and 18 at the Alexandrinsky Theatre. Tickets are on our official website, as well as at the city’s theatre box office.
