The film about the ballet Crime and Punishment

“My mission is to create a multi-level construction of a ballet performance as a synthetic theatrical spectacle,” Boris Eifman says about the work of a choreographer.

We have released a film about how the new ballet Crime and Punishment was born. Its heroes are the soloists of the Company, who embodied the images of the main characters of Fyodor Dostoevsky’s novel on stage, the artists who are the authors of the unique visual appearance of the production, and, of course, Boris Eifman himself.
