Vladimir Afonichkin becomes the laureate of the St. Petersburg Youth Prize in the field of artwork

The Company soloist Vladimir Afonichkin has been announced as the winner of the St. Petersburg Youth Prize in the field of artwork for 2024! The dancer got the prize in the nomination “For achievements in the field of stage creativity”. The award ceremony took place yesterday at the St. Petersburg Theatre of Musical Comedy.

The Prize was established by the Government of St. Petersburg in order to develop artistic creativity among young people. It is awarded in four nominations to Russian cultural and art figures aged 18 to 35, as well as to teams consisting exclusively of young participants. In 2024, 51 applications were submitted for the Prize.
