Novosibirsk to see the ballet Crime and Punishment

Eifman Ballet is set to return to Novosibirsk – a city where the Company has a lot of devoted and responsive fans.
The tour in the Siberian capital, where Eifman Ballet has received great acclaim over the years, will begin with a series of performances of the production Crime and Punishment on April 23, 24, and 25. This marks the first time local spectators experience choreographic interpretation of Fyodor Dostoevsky’s great novel.
On April 26 and 27, the Company will present Eugene Onegin, a ballet already familiar to Novosibirsk audiences. The tour will conclude with the choreographic hit Anna Karenina. A famous ballet based on Leo Tolstoy’s literary masterpiece, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, will be performed on April 29 and 30. Novosibirsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre will host the dancers.
